OUR ACTIVITIES AND MISSION
A flawless knowledge of the French wine industry, and the Bordeaux one in particular,combined with historical partnerships with producers, enables us to suggest high quality wines that are perfectly in tune with the needs of our distributor clients.
The service we provide falls into two categories:
- Wine selection and technical guidance, commercial management and logistics --> CLIENT
- Commercial advice and representation--> SUPPLIER
Our mission is therefore to:
- Seek new partners and thereby continuously develop our clients’ sales;
- Respond positively to every specific request from our clients;
- Assist in the creation of new products with all our contacts;
- Ensure the technical monitoring of the production process to guarantee the quality standards required by our clients;
- Define all necessary procedures for each delivery
- Manage the supervision and smooth running of deliveries and the complete observance of respective client and partner procedures;
- Monitor the evolution and processing of the sales of marketed products to enable a more responsive approach;
- Assist all our partners in the marketing of their products through marketing support;
But above all:
“To provide an ever-present response” by ensuring a swift and efficient service, whether this be for proposals, sample follow-up or any other specific request, all while remaining able to stand in for any of our partners whenever necessary.
Our golden rule is to never forget that we are here to provide services and that “it is the quality of the service that will result in the loyalty of our clientele” for, we hope, quite a number of years to come!
